Israel Katz threatens to evacuate Gaza residents if Hamas kidnaps Israelis

“In light of various intentions and intelligence, I warn this terrorist organization and its supporters, from Iran to (ed. Turkish President) Erdogan, if even one Israeli soldier or civilian is kidnapped, then the entire Gaza City, one million residents, will be evacuated to the south,” Katz said.

The minister also threatened to destroy buildings, including residential ones. He did not specify what intelligence he was referring to.
