Queen Sofía of Spain arrived in Armenia on October 27. Her Majesty was welcomed at Zvartnots International Airport by Armenia’s Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Zhanna Andreasyan. The Queen’s visit to Armenia will continue until October 29. During her stay, she will attend the award ceremony of the Prince Talal International Prize for Human Development. Queen Sofía will also visit Armenia’s historical and cultural sites and take part in events dedicated to cultural ties and friendship between Armenia and Spain.
