Yerevan Municipality has decided to start demolition works on Shinararner Street today.

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը որոշել է այսօր սկսել Շինարարների փողոցի կրպակների քանդման աշխատանքները: Այս մասին Factor TV -ին հայտնում է կրպակատերերից Դավիթ Նահապետյանը: Բնակիչներից երկուսը, որոնք թվում՝ Նահապետյանը, օրեր առաջ բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացրել կրպակների քանդման դեմ: Նահապետյանն ու ևս մեկ անձ դիմել էին Վարչական դատարան: Այսօր նրանք ստացել են հայցի ապահովման միջոց կիրառելու երկու որոշումներ, որոնց համաձայն՝ դատարանը պարտավորեցրել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին ձեռնպահ մնալ Շինարարների փողոցի 15/16 և 15/14 հասցեների անշարժ գույքի քանդմանը կամ ապամոնտաժմանն ուղղված ցանկացած գործողություն կատարելուց: Հայցի ապահովման միջոց կիրառելու որոշումներն ուժի մեջ են մտել կայացման պահին, բողոքարկման ենթակա չեն, և փակցված են խանութների պատերին, սակայն այս պահին, փաստացի, դրանք անտեսվում են։

Two of the residents, including Nahapetyan, had held a protest action against the demolition of the stalls a few days ago.

Nahapetyan and another person had applied to the Administrative Court.

Today, they received two decisions to apply a security measure to the claim, according to which the court obliged Yerevan Municipality to refrain from taking any action aimed at the demolition or dismantling of real estate at 15/16 and 15/14 Shinararner Street.

The decisions to apply a security measure to the claim entered into force at the time of their adoption, are not subject to appeal, and are posted on the walls of the shops, but at the moment, in fact, they are being ignored.

At the moment, the situation is tense, citizens are arguing with the employees who visited the street to demolish the stalls, and there are police officers on the spot.
