Vincenzo Montella to be fired as Turkey national team coach

The TFF leadership is disappointed with the performance of the Turkish team at the start of the group stage of the Nations League.

In four rounds, the Turks suffered four defeats, losing twice to Italy (1:4; 1:3), once to France (0:1) and once to Belgium (0:3).

It is noted that the 52-year-old Italian specialist will receive compensation in the amount of his salary over the next five months.

Vincenzo Montella has been leading the Turkish national team since September 2023.
