The investiture ceremony for the members of the Armenian Government took place at the Presidential Palace of Armenia.

Also present at the ceremony were the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinian; the President of the Constitutional Court, Arman Dilanian; the Chairman of the Supreme Council, Artur Atabekyan; and other high-ranking officials.

Étaient également présents à la cérémonie le Président de lAssemblée nationale, Ruben Rubinian, le Président de la Cour constitutionnelle, Arman Dilanian, le Président du Conseil suprême, Artur Atabekyan, et dautres hauts responsables.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was the first to take the oath of office: “For the continuity, independence, sovereignty, and development of the Republic of Armenia, I swear to conscientiously fulfill my duties as a member of the Government, to uphold the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Armenia, to serve the public interest, to protect the interests of the State, to contribute to strengthening the State and the constitutional order of the Republic of Armenia, and to act in the interests of present and future generations.”

Le Premier ministre Nikol Pachinian a prêté serment en premier : « Pour la pérennité, lindépendance, la souveraineté et le développement de la République dArménie, je jure de remplir consciencieusement mes devoirs de membre du Gouvernement, de respecter la Constitution et les lois de la République dArménie, de servir lintérêt public, de protéger lintérêt de lÉtat, de contribuer au renforcement de lÉtat et de lordre constitutionnel de la République dArménie, et dagir dans lintérêt des générations présentes et futures.»

Then, all the other members of the government took the oath of office.

At the conclusion of the inauguration ceremony, President Vahagn Khachaturian congratulated the Prime Minister and the members of the government, stating:

The oath taken today represents a great responsibility to the Republic of Armenia and its citizens. It is a pledge of loyalty to the State, the Constitution, and the laws.

Le serment prêté aujourdhui constitue une haute responsabilité envers la République dArménie et ses citoyens. Cest un engagement de loyauté envers lÉtat, la Constitution et les lois.

Being a member of the government is a great honor, but also a heavy obligation. The most important criterion of your work is results: solving the problems facing the country, improving the lives of citizens, and strengthening the State.

Être membre du gouvernement est un grand honneur, mais aussi une lourde obligation. Le critère le plus important de votre travail est le résultat : résoudre les problèmes auxquels le pays est confronté, améliorer la vie des citoyens et renforcer lÉtat.

Armenia is currently facing serious challenges. Overcoming them requires consistency, perseverance, and daily dedication. It is essential to see every problem as an opportunity for a solution, to boldly seek new paths and new ideas.

LArménie est aujourdhui confrontée à de sérieux défis. Les surmonter exige constance, persévérance et un dévouement quotidien. Il est essentiel de voir dans chaque problème une opportunité de solution, de rechercher avec audace de nouvelles voies et de nouvelles idées.

The world and our region are changing rapidly.” This reality demands new thinking, initiative, and the ability to anticipate the future, both from Armenia and from each of us. The search for modern approaches, the opening of new perspectives and new paths is an essential condition for the progress of our country.

Le monde et notre région évoluent rapidement. Cette réalité exige une réflexion nouvelle, de linitiative et la capacité danticiper lavenir, de la part de lArménie et de chacun dentre nous. La recherche dapproches modernes, Louverture de nouvelles perspectives et de nouvelles voies est une condition essentielle au progrès de notre pays.

May the Constitution and the law, the primacy of the interests of the state, and responsibility to the people always be at the heart of your actions. Public service is, after all, a service rendered to the state and to the citizen.

Que la Constitution et la loi, la primauté des intérêts de lÉtat et la responsabilité envers le peuple soient toujours au cœur de votre action. Une fonction publique est, après tout, un service rendu à lÉtat et au citoyen.
