Amirbekov: It is necessary to eliminate the discrepancy between the peace agreement and the RA Constitution

Aliyev's envoy stated that "the elimination of the existing legal inconsistency between the peace agreement and the current Constitution of Armenia is necessary and inevitable from the perspective of the irreversibility of the peace process and the stability of the currently established de facto peace."
