From the National Security Service to the Ministry of Defense: Pashinyan demands answers after the Shaki incident: "Zhoghovurd"

According to our information, the government is discussing the fact that law enforcement and relevant state bodies have been informed about the Azerbaijani’s penetration into the territory of Armenia for several days, but the necessary operational steps have not been taken.

According to sources close to the “Zhoghovurd” daily, a rather tough discussion took place in the government recently on this issue.

Ավելին՝ բնակչությունը պատշաճ կերպով չի իրազեկվել ստեղծված իրավիճակի մասին, ինչի արդյունքում ադրբեջանցին հայտնվել է գյուղացու բնակարանում։

Nikol Pashinyan expressed strong dissatisfaction with the work of the officials of the National Security Service, the Ministry of Defense, the territorial administration sector and other relevant departments and demanded to find out who specifically knew about the Azerbaijani infiltration, why no effective action was taken for several days, and why the population was not informed about the possible danger in a timely manner.

Nikol Pashinyan's dissatisfaction is, in particular, related to the fact that the relevant structures were unable to respond to the situation in Syunik in a timely and appropriate manner.

Pashinyan, according to our information, demanded to clarify the entire chain in a short time: who knew, when they knew, what steps they took or did not take, and who was responsible for ensuring the security of that segment of the population.
