The design of the school building and the incompatibility of the concrete section bearing the portrait had created safety concerns. To avoid potential risks and ensure the children’s safety, it was decided, in cooperation with the administrative district, to move the portrait to the courtyard of the House of Culture on Andranik Ozanyan Street, where a monument to fallen soldiers is currently being built. Once improvements to the area are complete, the image will be placed in a location visible to the public. The post Andranik Ozanyan’s portrait was not dismantled but moved for safety reasons: Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports first appeared on Western Armenia TV .
