The villages of Chiva and Dovegh will have newly built schools with modern facilities.

The construction work of the Chiva school in Vayots Dzor region has now been completed by the contractor. A commission has been formed to accept the completed construction, and based on the results of its work, the Urban Development Committee plans to receive a completion certificate.

The construction of the Dovegh school in Tavush region is in an active phase. The retaining wall has already been almost completely built, preventing the possible collapse of the only road in the community, the foundation of the kindergarten and school have been built, the roof is being built, and the gym is also being built.

Տավուշի մարզի Դովեղի դպրոցի շինարարությունն ակտիվ փուլում է։ Արդեն գրեթե ամբողջությամբ կառուցվել է հենապատը՝ կանխելով համայնքի միակ ճանապարհի հնարավոր փլուզումը, կառուցվել են մանկապարտեզի և դպրոցի հիմնակմախքը, իրականացվում է տանիքը, կառուցվում է նաև մարզադահլիճը։

It should be recalled that the Urban Development Committee terminated the contracts with the same company, which was the former contractor of both schools, because the company had carried out the construction work with deviations from the project, the required quality, violations of construction norms and deadlines, and did not submit the necessary documents, including bank guarantees. The violations were documented by a professional commission, laboratory tests of the samples taken, as well as by the RA Urban Development Technical and Fire Safety Inspection Body, based on whose petition the contractor’s license was suspended.

Հիշեցնենք, որ երկու դպրոցների նախկին կապալառու հանդիսացող միևնույն ընկերության հետ պայմանագրերը Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն լուծել էր, քանի որ ընկերությունը շինարարական աշխատանքներն իրականացրել էր նախագծից, պահանջվող որակից շեղումներով, շինարարական նորմերի և ժամկետների խախտումներով՝ չներկայացնելով նաև անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը, այդ թվում՝ բանկային երաշխիքները։ Խախտումները փաստագրվել էին մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովի կողմից, կատարված նմուշառումների լաբորատոր փորձարկումներով, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի կողմից, որի միջնորդագրի հիման վրա կապալառուի լիցենզիան կասեցվել էր։

The termination of the contracts was appealed by the former contractor in court, due to which it was possible to continue the construction with the involvement of new contractors after the judicial acts in favor of the committee were made.

Նախկին կապալառուի կողմից պայմանագրերի լուծումը բողոքարկվել է դատական կարգով, որի պատճառով շինարարությունը նոր կապալառուների ներգրավմամբ հնարավոր է եղել շարունակել հօգուտ կոմիտեի դատական ակտերի կայացումից հետո։
