On October 12, within the framework of the Warsaw Security Forum, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Armenia Davit Karapetyan met with Secretary General of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of France Martin Brens.

The interlocutors discussed issues of deepening cooperation between the foreign ministries of Armenia and France.

ՀՀ ԱԳՄԱՆ գլխավոր քարտուղարը և Ֆրանսիայի Եվրոպայի և արտաքին գործերի նախարարության գլխավոր քարտուղարը կարևորել են դիվանագիտական կրթության և վերապատրաստման ոլորտում համագործակցությունը՝ անդրադառնալով երկու երկրների դիվանագետների միջև փորձի փոխանակման և համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման հնարավորություններին։

In the context of the expanded powers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Armenia, the exchange of experience in the field of international trade was emphasized, including in the areas of export promotion, investment attraction and development of business ties.

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic emphasized the importance of cooperation in the field of diplomatic education and training, referring to the opportunities for exchange of experience between diplomats of the two countries and implementation of joint programs.
