The former kindergarten building and land will be returned to the Odzun community

On October 6, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office: the purchase and sale agreement signed on February 2, 2017 regarding the land plot occupied by the kindergarten building with an area of 784.6 square meters, a building with an area of 57.3 square meters, fences with an area of 26.52 square meters and 12.77 square meters in the Odzun settlement of the Alaverdi community of Lori region was declared invalid. As a consequence of the invalidity, among other things, the state registration of the right of ownership of the above-mentioned properties in the name of an individual was also declared invalid. The cadastral value of the properties is 1 million 888 thousand drams.

After the decision enters into legal force, the building and land of the former kindergarten in the Odzun settlement will be returned to the Alaverdi community of Lori region, the statement said.
