Being an EU candidate on paper is better than being a state on paper: Papuashvili

"Marta Kos can use that false phrase as much as she wants, but the answer is one: it is better to be a candidate on paper than a state on paper. If we had listened to the urgings of Marta Kos and other Brussels officials and escalated, we would be in the same situation as Ukraine and Moldova today," Papuashvili said.
