The present and development prospects of urban development: the workshop of the Builders' Association was held

On October 9, a workshop entitled “The Present and Development Prospects of Urban Development” was held in Yerevan at the initiative of the Armenian Association of Developers.

Հոկտեմբերի 9-ին Կառուցապատողների հայկական ասոցիացիայի նախաձեռնությամբ Երևանում անցկացվել է «Քաղաքաշինության ներկան և զարգացման հեռանկարները» խորագրով աշխատաժողովը։

The event brought together high-ranking officials of state government bodies, heads of construction companies, businessmen and specialists in the field.

Միջոցառումը համախմբել է պետական կառավարման մարմինների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների, կառուցապատող ընկերությունների ղեկավարների, գործարարների և ոլորտի մասնագետների։

The main goal of the meeting was to outline long-term priorities for the development of urban development through cooperation between the state and the private sector.

Հանդիպման գլխավոր նպատակը պետության և մասնավոր հատվածի համագործակցությամբ քաղաքաշինության զարգացման երկարաժամկետ առաջնահերթությունների նախանշումն էր։

The workshop was opened by Gurgen Grigoryan, President of the Armenian Association of Developers.

Աշխատաժողովը բացել է Կառուցապատողների հայկական ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Գուրգեն Գրիգորյանը։

He presented the initiatives launched within the framework of the association’s cooperation with state structures, as well as the work being carried out to solve the problems facing the sector.

Նա ներկայացրել է պետական կառույցների հետ ասոցիացիայի համագործակցության շրջանակում մեկնարկած նախաձեռնությունները, ինչպես նաև ոլորտի առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքները։

The workshop was attended by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Gevorg Papoyan, Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Yeghiazar Vardanyan, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Eduard Hakobyan and representatives of other state government bodies.

Աշխատաժողովին մասնակցել են ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը, Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահ Եղիազար Վարդանյանը, Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Էդուարդ Հակոբյանը և պետական կառավարման այլ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ։

The section intended for official speeches focused on state priorities for the development of the construction sector, current regulations, and opportunities for cooperation between the public and private sectors.

Պաշտոնական ելույթների համար նախատեսված հատվածում ուշադրության կենտրոնում էին կառուցապատման ոլորտի զարգացման պետական առաջնահերթությունները, գործող կարգավորումները և պետական ու մասնավոր հատվածների համագործակցության հնարավորությունները։

One of the key sections of the workshop was the presentation of legislative and practical initiatives put forward by the Armenian Association of Developers and member organizations.

Աշխատաժողովի առանցքային հատվածներից մեկը Կառուցապատողների հայկական ասոցիացիայի և անդամ կազմակերպությունների կողմից առաջ քաշվող օրենսդրական և գործնական նախաձեռնությունների ներկայացումն էր։

The workshop initiated by the Armenian Association of Developers aimed to create a platform for professional dialogue, where the problems of the sector are discussed not only from the perspective of their consequences, but also from the perspective of specific mechanisms for their solution.

Կառուցապատողների հայկական ասոցիացիայի նախաձեռնած աշխատաժողովը նպատակ ուներ ստեղծելու մասնագիտական երկխոսության հարթակ, որտեղ ոլորտի խնդիրները քննարկվում են ոչ միայն դրանց հետևանքների, այլև լուծման կոնկրետ մեխանիզմների տեսանկյունից։

The event was summarized by the President of the association, Gurgen Grigoryan.

The official section was followed by professional contacts and discussions on the presented initiatives.
