The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia has given instructions to ensure public security within the framework of COP17

The ministry’s press release states that Arpine Sargsyan stressed the importance of properly ensuring public safety during such a significant event for Armenia.

Նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, որ Արփինե Սարգսյանը շեշտել է Հայաստանի համար նման նշանակալի միջոցառման ընթացքում հանրային անվտանգությունը պատշաճ կերպով ապահովելու կարևորությունը։

The Chief of Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamo Tsutsulyan and the Director of the Rescue Service Aram Ghazaryan reported to the minister on the measures implemented and ongoing by the departments in preparation for the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity.

ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետ Կամո Ցուցուլյանն ու Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն Արամ Ղազարյանը նախարարին զեկուցել են ՄԱԿ-ի Կենսաբանական բազմազանության մասին կոնվենցիայի կողմերի 17-րդ համաժողովին ընդառաջ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից իրականացված և ընթացիկ միջոցառումների մասին։

The heads of the services presented the work carried out to ensure security at the conference venues, on the main routes and in the adjacent areas, maintain public order, organize road traffic, as well as prevent possible emergency situations.

Ծառայությունների ղեկավարները ներկայացրել են համաժողովի անցկացման վայրերում, հիմնական երթուղիներում և հարակից տարածքներում անվտանգության ապահովման, հասարակական կարգի պահպանության, ճանապարհային երթևեկության կազմակերպման, ինչպես նաև հնարավոր արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքները։

Issues related to the proper organization of the service, personnel management and interaction of the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were discussed.

Քննարկվել են ՆԳՆ ստորաբաժանումների ծառայության պատշաճ կազմակերպման, անձնակազմի կառավարման ու փոխգործակցության վերաբերյալ հարցեր։

The Minister gave instructions on maintaining public order, ensuring security, as well as on the effective organization of the work of the Rescue Service.

Նախարարը ցուցումներ է տվել հասարակական կարգի պահպանման, անվտանգության ապահովման, ինչպես նաև Փրկարար ծառայության աշխատանքների արդյունավետ կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ։

At the same time, Arpine Sargsyan instructed to ensure proper public awareness of road traffic restrictions, to continue constant contact with those responsible for security issues within the framework of COP17, and to regularly report on the progress of security measures.

Միևնույն ժամանակ Արփինե Սարգսյանը հանձնարարել է ճանապարհային երթևեկության սահմանափակումների վերաբերյալ ապահովել հանրության պատշաճ իրազեկումը, շարունակել մշտական կապը COP17-ի շրջանակում անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերով պատասխանատուների հետ և պարբերաբար զեկուցել անվտանգային միջոցառումների ընթացքի վերաբերյալ։
