It expresses ongoing care and the need to solve existing problems.

Այն արտահայտում է շարունակվող հոգածություն և առկա խնդիրների լուծման անհրաժեշտություն։

Therefore, beloved ones, the fatherly exhortation should be perceived exclusively in the context of the patriarchal ever-vigilant care and spiritual and moral responsibility.

Ուստի, սիրելիներ, հայրական հորդորը պետք է ընկալել բացառապես հայրապետական մշտարթուն հոգածության և հոգևոր ու բարոյական պատասխանատվության համատեքստում։
