Vardan Ghukasyan acquitté des accusations de hooliganisme
The mayor of Gyumri, Vardan Ghukasyan, was acquitted on October 6 by the court in the case where he was being prosecuted for "hooliganism."

This case stemmed from statements made by Vardan Ghukasyan during a hearing in 2025, after he was accused of corruption.
Cette procédure faisait suite à des propos tenus par Vardan Ghukasyan lors d’une audience en 2025, après que des personnes l’avaient accusé de corruption.
His son, Spartak Ghukasyan, was also prosecuted in the same case, but the charges against him were reduced and lessened.

The Armenian public prosecutor's office, however, announced its intention to appeal the verdict concerning Vardan Ghukasyan.
