After the opening speech by Hilda Choboyan, lawyers dealing with prisoner issues Emmanuel Collier, Siranush Sahakyan, Yeghishe Kirakosyan will speak about international legal measures.

Psychiatrists Patrick Alekyan, Khachatur Gasparyan will speak about the impact of mental pain on the individual and society.

The conference will be attended by Armen Khachikyan, director of the "Arar" Foundation, and Tigran Paskevichyan, a documentarian.

Sofik Minasyan, president of the Vanadzor Arpi Social Assistance NGO, and Efrat Machikavan from Israel will present testimony about the role and methods of civil society action.
