National Assembly Speaker Ruben Rubinyan signed an order: "In accordance with Articles 100 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and 41 of the Constitutional Law "Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly", on the initiative of the government, on October 12, 2026 at 11:00, to convene an extraordinary session of the National Assembly with the agenda set by the initiator."

Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը կարգադրություն է ստորագրել․ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 100-րդ և «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» սահմանադրական օրենքի 41-րդ հոդվածների համաձայն` կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ 2026 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 12-ին` ժամը 11:00-ին, գումարել Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ` նախաձեռնողի սահմանած օրակարգով»:

The Speaker of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, has signed an order: In accordance with Articles 100 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and 41 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, on the initiative of the government, an extraordinary session of the National Assembly shall be convened on October 12, 2026 at 11:00

Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը կարգադրություն է ստորագրել․ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 100-րդ և Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ սահմանադրական օրենքի 41-րդ հոդվածների համաձայն` կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ 2026 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 12-ին` ժամը 11:00-ին, գումարել Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ` նախաձեռնողի սահմանած օրակարգով :
