The court recognized the seizure of Samvel Shahramanyan's phone as unlawful, upheld the complaint, and obliged the preliminary investigation body to immediately return the phone, according to a Facebook post by lawyer Roman Yeritsyan, a representative of the government of the Republic of Artsakh.
