Armenia and Iran are working on the introduction of a preliminary electronic data exchange system between the customs services of the two countries.

Հայաստանն ու Իրանն աշխատում են 2 երկրների մաքսային ծառայությունների միջև նախնական էլեկտրոնային տվյալների փոխանակման համակարգի ներդրման ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն։

Ավելի վաղ Իրանն ու Հայաստանը պայմանավորվել էին 2 երկրների սահմանին պարզեցված («կանաչ») մաքսային միջանցքի ներդրման մասին: Նոր մեխանիզմը նախատեսվում է գործարկել Նորդուզ–Ագարակ (Մեղրի) սահմանային անցակետում` բեռների անցումն արագացնելու և տրանսպորտի պարապուրդի ժամանակը կրճատելու համար:Նշվում է, որ ՊԵԿ պատվիրակության անդամներին ընդունել է ԻԻՀ մաքսային ծառայության ղեկավար Ֆորուդ Ասգարին։

Earlier, Iran and Armenia agreed on the introduction of a simplified ("green") customs corridor on the border of the two countries.

The new mechanism is planned to be launched at the Norduz-Agarak (Meghri) border checkpoint to speed up the passage of cargo and reduce transport downtime.

It is noted that the members of the SRC delegation were received by the head of the Iranian Customs Service, Foroud Asghari.
