8,563 housing certificates provided to those displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh

Why is this important? The dynamics of the program show steady growth: the number of certificates issued each week increases by about 100-120 (from 8,446 on September 28 to 8,563). The Minister expressed hope that all eligible beneficiaries will receive and use them.

Geography: There are no restrictions in terms of regions, but the amounts of financing are differentiated.

Աշխարհագրություն. Մարզերի առումով սահմանափակումներ չկան, սակայն տարբերակված են ֆինանսավորման չափերը:

Amount: At the beginning of the year, the value of the certificate for communities adjacent to Yerevan was increased from 3 million to 4 million drams. Now, except for Yerevan, the cost in all communities of the Republic of Armenia is 4 million drams, and in border communities - 5 million drams.

Գումարի չափը. Տարվա սկզբին Երևանին հարակից համայնքների համար սերտիֆիկատի արժեքը 3 մլն-ից բարձրացվել է 4 մլն դրամի: Այժմ, բացի Երևանից, ՀՀ բոլոր համայնքներում արժեքը 4 մլն դրամ է, իսկ սահմանամերձ համայնքներում՝ 5 մլն դրամ:

Opportunities for small families: According to the minister, there are communities where a family of 2-3 people can purchase or build a house for 10-15 million drams. A vivid proof of this is the 16 million dram program, which allows building a house in such communities.

Փոքր ընտանիքների հնարավորությունները. Ըստ նախարարի՝ կան համայնքներ, որտեղ 2-3 հոգանոց ընտանիքը 10-15 մլն դրամով կարող է ձեռք բերել կամ կառուցել տուն: Դրա վառ ապացույցն է 16 մլն դրամի ծրագիրը, որը թույլ է տալիս տուն կառուցել նմանատիպ համայնքներում:
