In his speech, Manukyan criticized the Prime Minister's statements about the weakening of vigilance on the front lines.

Անդրադառնալով կոռուպցիոն թեմաներին՝ Մանուկյանը բարձրացրեց «Զինառ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության նախկին տնօրենի հարցը, ով Կառավարությունից տեղափոխվել էր Պաշտպանության նախարարություն և ընդգրկվել իշխող ուժի նախընտրական ցուցակում։

Touching on corruption topics, Manukyan raised the issue of the former director of the "Zinar" Closed Joint-Stock Company, who had moved from the Government to the Ministry of Defense and was included in the pre-election list of the ruling force.

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, արձագանքելով քննադատությանը, հայտարարեց, որ իշխանությունը չի թաքցնում բանակի խնդիրները և խոսում է դրանց մասին հրապարակայնորեն։

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, responding to the criticism, stated that the government does not hide the problems of the army and speaks about them publicly.

Նա նշեց, որ միայն 2024 թվականին է Հայաստանը ստացել առաջին գործարանային արտադրության D-30 հրանոթը։

He noted that only in 2024 did Armenia receive the first factory-made D-30 howitzer.

Փաշինյանը նաև մեղադրեց նախկին իշխանություններին բանակը թալանելու և ապօրինի հարստանալու մեջ․ «Տասնյակ և հարյուրավոր մարդիկ միլիոնատերեր են դարձել բանակը թալանելով․․․ Բա այդ փայերի արդյունքում է, որ միլիոնները կուտակել եք․ առնվազն երկու հոգի կա, որ էդ փայից ստացել է, երրորդն էլ կասկածելի է»։

Pashinyan also accused the former authorities of plundering the army and illegally enriching themselves.

Վարչապետը հավելեց, որ նախկինում զինվորների սնունդը հայտնվում էր առանձին պահեստներում, արձակուրդ տրամադրելու համար գումարներ էին կորզվում, իսկ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ակադեմիան գտնվում էր փակման եզրին։

The Prime Minister added that previously, food for soldiers appeared in separate warehouses, money was extorted to provide leave, and the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy was on the verge of closure.
