An arrest warrant has been issued for a teacher who abused a student.

A criminal case was initiated in connection with the incident at the Gegharkunik Regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia under the article “Causing severe physical pain or severe mental suffering to a minor.”

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ անչափահասի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելու հոդվածի հատկանիշներով։

Based on sufficient evidence obtained during the preliminary investigation, the investigator submitted a motion to initiate public criminal prosecution against the teacher to the supervising prosecutor, which was granted.

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ քննիչի կողմից ուսուցչուհու նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել հսկող դատախազին, որը բավարարվել է:
