am The Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Ruben Rubinyan, has denied the allegations of opposition deputies that he showed partiality during the incident that took place during the October 6 session of the parliament.

am Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը հերքել է ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների պնդումները, թե խորհրդարանի հոկտեմբերի 6-ի նիստում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի ժամանակ կողմնապահություն է ցուցաբերել։

Rubinyan assessed the incident negatively in a briefing with journalists, at the same time accusing a group of deputies from the “Strong Armenia” faction of periodically escalating the situation in the session hall.
