Georgia and Armenia to become Carlsberg's operating markets

One of the world’s largest brewing groups, Carlsberg, is buying Georgia’s Iberia Refreshments. The company produces PepsiCo beverages in Georgia, as well as imports and distributes its products.

Carlsberg announced that the Danish group will acquire Armenian JI Pepsi Cola Bottler Armenia, along with Iberia Refreshments.
