If I had shown partiality, I assure you, this incident with the opposition would have ended much worse. I did not show partiality, and that is why this incident did not receive the continuation it could have received. This was stated by NA Speaker Ruben Rubinyan in a conversation with journalists, referring to the incident that occurred in the NA session hall.

Եթե ես կողմնապահություն անեի, վստահեցնում եմ, ընդդիմության հետ այս միջադեպը շատ ավելի վատ կավարտվեր: Ես կողմնապահություն չեմ արել, և դրա համար այդ միջադեպը չի ստացել այն շարունակությունը, որ կարող էր ստանալ: Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց ԱԺ նախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ԱԺ նիստերի դահլիճում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին:

In general, naturally, I assess what happened very poorly, but I must say that, unfortunately, what happened was the result of the fact that a number of deputies from the Strong Armenia faction purposefully and constantly provoked the situation, and they are mainly deputies representing the republican wing of Strong Armenia, who are distinguished by a rather low level of morality, and this is expressed in the session hall.

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, բնականաբար, ես շատ վատ եմ գնահատում տեղի ունեցածը, բայց պետք է ասեմ, որ, ցավոք, տեղի ունեցածը արդյունք էր այն բանի, որ Ուժեղ Հայաստան խմբակցության մի շարք պատգամավորներ նպատակաուղղված անընդհատ սադրում էին իրավիճակը, և նրանք հիմնականում Ուժեղ Հայաստան-ի հանրապետական թևը ներկայացնող պատգամավորներն են, որոնք աչքի են ընկնում բարոյականության բավականին ցածր մակարդակով, և դա արտահայտվում է նիստերի դահլիճում:

I cannot say whether this is done purposefully, that is, by the entire faction, or whether the faction is weak enough for this to happen, but in any case we have what we have, - said the NA Speaker.

Չեմ կարող ասել՝ դա նպատակաուղղված է արվում, այսինքն՝ ամբողջ խմբակցության կողմից, թե խմբակցությունը բավարար թույլ է, որպեսզի դա տեղի ունենա, բայց ամեն դեպքում ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք,- ասաց ԱԺ նախագահը:

As for the opposition's statements that this distracts attention from important agenda issues, Rubinyan advised watching the beginning of the session and seeing what important agenda issues the oppositionists were talking about.

Ինչ վերաբերում է ընդդիմության հայտարարություններին, թե դրանով շեղվում է ուշադրությունը կարևոր՝ օրակարգային հարցերից, Ռուբինյանը խորհուրդ տվեց նիստի սկիզբը դիտել և տեսնել, թե այդ ինչ կարևոր, օրակարգային հարցերից էին խոսում ընդդիմադիրները:
