In his speech, Nikol Pashinyan also touched upon the results of the introduction of the voluntary attestation system for teachers, which provides an opportunity to increase teachers’ salaries and receive additional payments. The Prime Minister emphasized that it is planned to make attestation periodic and increase the rate even more. This decision is not only related to expressing our appreciation for your work, but also to a very important issue: the teaching profession should be more attractive to young people. I believe that this attestation system should be periodic.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր խոսքում նաև անդրադարձել է ուսուցիչների կամավոր ատեստավորման համակարգի ներդրման արդյունքներին, որով հնարավորություն է տրվում բարձրացնել ուսուցիչների աշխատավարձերը և ստանալ հավելավճարներ: Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ նախատեսվում է ատեստավորվումը պարբերական դարձնել և դրույքաչափն էլ ավելի բարձրացնել. Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan, in turn, congratulated on Teacher's Day and thanked for the work aimed at the development of numerous children. In her speech, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports touched upon an important legislative initiative in the new Government program - the law on the status of teachers, in which the component of housing support is particularly emphasized. According to the Minister, this will be an additional tool with which both today's teachers and young people choosing this profession will be able to feel more protected.

Issues related to the continuous development of professional capabilities, the improvement of the physical infrastructure of schools and the provision of a proper educational environment were discussed at the meeting.
