Pensions will increase in January: who will receive what and how much?

This was announced by Paata Kvizhinadze, Chairman of the Finance and Budget Committee of the Parliament, while speaking about the 2027 budget.

“As for revenues, the consolidated budget increases by almost 2 billion. Practically all ministries receive additional funds.

«Ինչ վերաբերում է եկամուտներին, համախմբված բյուջեն ավելանում է գրեթե 2 միլիարդով։ Գործնականում բոլոր նախարարությունները լրացուցիչ միջոցներ են ստանում։

As for social issues, pensions for people over 70 years of age will increase by 60 GEL and will amount to 555 GEL, and the pension for people of the same age group living in mountainous areas will amount to 665 GEL. For people under 70 years old, the pension will increase by 20 GEL. The same proportion is planned for people with disabilities. Salaries in the state sector will increase by 8.4% at this stage.

Ինչ վերաբերում է սոցիալական հարցերին, 70 տարեկանից բարձր անձանց կենսաթոշակները կավելանա 60 լարիով և կկազմի 555 լարի, իսկ նույն տարիքային խմբի՝ լեռնային բնակավայրերում բնակվող անձանց կենսաթոշակը կկազմի 665 լարի։ Մինչև 70 տարեկան անձանց դեպքում կենսաթոշակը կավելանա 20 լարիով։ Նույն համամասնությունը նախատեսվում է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց համար։ Պետական հատվածում աշխատավարձն այս փուլում կավելանա 8,4%-ով։

The discussions of the committees will begin on Monday. The sectoral committees will discuss these issues together with their respective ministries. After some time, we will prepare proposals on what can be added or removed, and we will send them to the government for further processing, so that in November it will be possible to present a new version.

Հանձնաժողովների քննարկումները կսկսվեն երկուշաբթի։ Ոլորտային հանձնաժողովներն այս հարցերը կքննարկեն իրենց համապատասխան նախարարությունների հետ համատեղ։ Որոշ ժամանակ անց մենք կկազմենք առաջարկություններ՝ ինչ կարելի է ավելացնել կամ հանել, և դրանք կուղարկենք կառավարություն՝ լրամշակման, որպեսզի նոյեմբերին հնարավոր լինի ներկայացնել նոր տարբերակը։

I emphasize that this budget is preliminary and will be supplemented during the second and third readings,” Kvizhinadze said.
