At the 33rd International Adana Golden Koza Film Festival, Hazar Ergüçlü, who won the Best Actress Award for her role in the film "Mutter: A Mother's Diary," commemorated Yaşar, the son of miner Kerim Ören who lost his life in Soma, in her acceptance speech.

Stating that she also comes from a mining family, Ergüçlü said, "When I see the children of miners crying, I feel ashamed of being alive, of the air I breathe."

Uluslararası Adana Altın Koza Film Festivali’nde “Mutter: Bir Annenin Hatıra Defteri” filmindeki rolüyle En İyi Kadın Oyuncu Ödülü’nü alan Hazar Ergüçlü, ödül konuşmasında Soma’da hayatını kaybeden madenci Kerim Ören’in oğlu Yaşar’ı andı.

Kendisinin de madenci bir aileden geldiğini söyleyen Ergüçlü, “Madenci çocuklarını ağlarken gördüğümde ben yaşamaktan, aldığım nefesten utanıyorum” dedi.
