Preparation for mutual murder after beating: 4 people arrested

It turned out that after the incident, the 36-year-old man, unable to tolerate what had happened, prepared the murder of the 33-year-old resident of Yerevan and illegally acquired a firearm for this purpose.

In turn, the mentioned person, having learned about his intention, also illegally acquired various types of firearms in order to attack and deprive him of his life at a convenient opportunity.

The conflict continued in August. The 36-year-old man, along with still unidentified persons, noticed the 33-year-old resident of Yerevan near his residence and drove a car towards him. A shootout ensued.

The compiled documents were submitted to the preliminary investigation body. A criminal case was initiated on charges of preparation for murder, granting, receiving or maintaining a higher status in the criminal hierarchy, and illegal circulation of weapons and ammunition.

Within the framework of the initiated criminal case, factual data was obtained that a 33-year-old resident of Yerevan planned to kill a 36-year-old man. As a result of large-scale operational-investigative measures taken by law enforcement officers, however, the commission of the crime was prevented.
