In fake messages, citizens are informed that they have allegedly committed a crime and are demanded to pay a fine via a link or QR code placed in the message. In reality, the purpose of such messages is to obtain citizens’ bank details, passwords and confirmation codes received via SMS in order to later steal money.

Կեղծ հաղորդագրություններում քաղաքացիներին տեղեկացնում են, թե նրանք իբր իրավախախտում են կատարել, և պահանջում վճարել տուգանք՝ հաղորդագրության մեջ տեղադրված հղման կամ QR կոդի միջոցով։ Իրականում նման հաղորդագրությունների նպատակը քաղաքացիների բանկային տվյալները, գաղտնաբառերը և SMS-ով ստացված հաստատման կոդերը ձեռք բերելն է՝ հետագայում գումար հափշտակելու համար։

The police urge not to pay the specified amount, not to scan the QR code and not to follow suspicious links. Citizens are also advised not to enter bank card details or confirmation codes received via SMS on such pages.

Ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է չվճարել նշված գումարը, չսկանավորել QR կոդը և չանցնել կասկածելի հղումներով։ Քաղաքացիներին խորհուրդ է տրվում նաև նման էջերում չմուտքագրել բանկային քարտի տվյալներ կամ SMS-ով ստացված հաստատման կոդեր։

If a citizen has already opened the suspicious link, it is necessary to close the browser. If it does not close, you can use Ctrl + Alt + Del → Task Manager on Windows, and Cmd + Option + Esc on Mac to forcefully close the browser. After restarting the device, it is recommended not to restore the pages of the previous session.

Եթե քաղաքացին արդեն բացել է կասկածելի հղումը, անհրաժեշտ է փակել բրաուզերը։ Եթե այն չի փակվում, Windows համակարգում կարելի է օգտագործել Ctrl + Alt + Del → Task Manager, իսկ Mac-ում՝ Cmd + Option + Esc՝ բրաուզերը հարկադրաբար փակելու համար։ Սարքը վերագործարկելուց հետո խորհուրդ է տրվում չվերականգնել նախորդ սեսիայի էջերը։

And if bank card data or a confirmation code received by SMS have already been entered, it is necessary to immediately contact the bank, block the card and contact law enforcement agencies.

Իսկ եթե արդեն մուտքագրվել են բանկային քարտի տվյալներ կամ SMS-ով ստացված հաստատման կոդ, անհրաժեշտ է անմիջապես կապ հաստատել բանկի հետ, արգելափակել քարտը և դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին։

The police also remind that the name of a state body, its logo or a design resembling an official style does not mean that the message is real. In case of suspicious messages, it is necessary to check the link address and information only from official sources.

Ոստիկանությունը նաև հիշեցնում է՝ պետական մարմնի անունը, տարբերանշանը կամ պաշտոնական ոճին նման ձևավորումը դեռ չեն նշանակում, որ հաղորդագրությունն իրական է։ Կասկածելի հաղորդագրությունների դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է ստուգել հղման հասցեն և տեղեկատվությունը՝ միայն պաշտոնական աղբյուրներից։
