Declaration of interest in the book “Nomeolvides Armenuhi: The Story of My Armenian Grandmother” by Magda Tagtachian in the Buenos Aires City Legislature

The event will take place at the Buenos Aires City Legislature building, located at Perú 160, and admission is free.

La actividad se desarrollará en la sede de la Legislatura porteña, ubicada en Perú 160, y tendrá entrada libre y gratuita.

Tagtachian, the author, will be present at the event, along with Ocaña and her team. Valeria Cherekian will also participate, providing voiceovers for the presentation.

Durante el encuentro estará presente Tagtachian, autora de la obra, junto con Ocaña y su equipo. La jornada también contará con la participación de Valeria Cherekian, quien acompañará la presentación con su voz.

“We continue fighting together to build memory,” Tagtachian stated when announcing the event.

“Seguimos luchando juntos para construir memoria”, expresó Tagtachian al anunciar la actividad.

“Forget-Me-Nots Armenuhi: The Story of My Armenian Grandmother” recounts the author's family history through the figure of her grandmother, Armenuhi, and is part of a project focused on Armenian memory and its transmission across generations.

“Nomeolvides Armenuhi. La historia de mi abuela armenia” recupera la historia familiar de la autora a través de la figura de su abuela Armenuhi y forma parte de un trabajo centrado en la memoria armenia y su transmisión entre generaciones.

The book launch will take place on Tuesday, November 3rd at 5:00 PM in the Montevideo Room of the Buenos Aires City Legislature. Admission is free.

La presentación se realizará el martes 3 de noviembre a las 17 en el Salón Montevideo de la Legislatura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, con ingreso libre y gratuito.
