Here, the Azerbaijani penetrated the house of 38-year-old Ani Avetisyan, a resident of Shaki. The household members were not at home at that moment. Then the saboteur spent the night in the mentioned house, prepared food for himself from the food he found. The next day, on October 1, at around 2 p.m., Ani Avetisyan returned home with her three children, noticed that a stranger had penetrated the house, and made a noise. An Azerbaijani Turk shot and injured an Armenian woman in the leg, and two of her children (born in 2011 and 2014) were also injured. According to some reports, the woman’s brother was slightly injured, who, as far as is understood, appeared at the scene later. Ani Avetisyan resorted to self-defense, apparently managing to injure the uninvited and unwanted “guest” with a kitchen knife, and the latter fled and hid in a barn, where he was later found by law enforcement officials. The Azerbaijani was taken to the hospital, and Ani Avetisyan, who was injured by him, has already been transferred to one of the capital’s medical institutions, her life is not in danger.

The shame is that an armed and dangerous person can remain unnoticed for days and penetrate a peaceful settlement. And the biggest shame is that the relevant security and law enforcement bodies of Armenia have known for almost two days that an armed representative of the enemy army is roaming the territory of our country (it turns out that the relevant bodies of Armenia were informed by the Azerbaijani side on September 29 that a serviceman had disappeared from their ranks, possibly crossing into Armenian territory), but they were unable to find him. No, can you imagine? The enemy warned, but the Armenian NSS and the police were unable to find and neutralize the Azerbaijani Turk in two days. Moreover, at least the local population, at least internally, was not warned that such and such an enemy had infiltrated. They did not strengthen the security of all the settlements surrounding the mentioned area. Do you understand, they did not do the most elementary thing. This simply means that the authorities deeply do not care about the safety and security of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia.

Խայտառակությունն այն է, որ զինված ու վտանգավոր անձը օրեր շարունակ կարող է աննկատ մնալ ու թափանցել խաղաղ բնակավայր: Իսկ ամենից մեծ խայտառակությունն էլ այն է, որ Հայաստանի համապատասխան անվտանգային ու իրավապահ համարվող մարմինները գրեթե երկու օր արդեն իմացել են, որ մեր երկրի տարածքում թշնամական բանակի զինված ներկայացուցիչ է ֆռֆռում (պարզվում է՝ ՀՀ համապատասխան մարմիններին դեռևս սեպտեմբերի 29-ին ադրբեջանական կողմը հայտնել է, որ իրենց մոտից զինծառայող է անհետացել, հնարավոր է՝ անցել է հայկական տարածք), բայց չեն կարողացել նրան հայտնաբերել: Չէ, պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, թշնամին զգուշացրել է, բայց հայկական ԱԱԾ-ն ու ոստիկանությունը երկու օրվա մեջ չեն կարողացել ադրբեջանական թուրքին հայտնաբերել ու վնասազերծել: Ավելին, գոնե տեղի բնակչությանը, թեկուզ ներքին կարգով, չեն զգուշացրել, որ այսպես ու այսպես՝ թշնամի է թափանցել: Չեն ուժեղացրել նշյալ տարածքի շրջակա բոլոր բնակավայրերի անվտանգությունը: Հասկանո՞ւմ եք, ամենից տարրական բանը չեն արել: Դա ուղղակի նշանակում է, որ իշխանությունները խորապես թքած ունեն ՀՀ քաղաքացիների անվտանգության ու ապահովության վրա:

Okay, the ruling elite does not care, we understand. But do the police, NSS middle-level, supposedly professional (if any) employees have a similar attitude?

Լավ, իշխանական վերնախավը թքած ունի, հասկացանք: Հապա ոստիկանության, ԱԱԾ միջին օղակի, ենթադրաբար՝ պրոֆեսիոնալ (եթե մնացել են) ծառայողնե՞րն էլ նման վերաբերմունք ունեն:

And what if the enemy invaded a school or kindergarten? What if other sabotage scenarios occurred? Couldn't events have unfolded in those scenarios?

Իսկ եթե թշնամին ներխուժեր դպրոց կամ մանկապարտե՞զ: Եթե դիվերսիոն այլ սցենարներ տեղի ունենայի՞ն: Կարող էին, չէ՞, դեպքերն այդ սցենարներով ընթանալ:

By the way, let's note that representatives of the Pashinyan government are behaving in public platforms regarding this shameful event as if nothing in particular had happened. Perhaps they are also upset about something, like, "What the fuss is about!"
