Musayev was found yesterday by the National Security Service of Armenia. He did not give testimony or state the circumstances under which he crossed into Armenian territory.

According to Azerbaijani sources, Musayev left his place of service under unknown circumstances on September 26. According to the Armenian National Security Service, Azerbaijan informed the Armenian side about this on September 29. The Armenian department, meanwhile, made the information public on October 1, when news spread about the Azerbaijani’s penetration into Armenian territory.

An Azerbaijani soldier who illegally crossed the border with Armenia has appeared in the Shaki settlement of Syunik region. According to widespread information, he spent the night in one of the village houses, taking advantage of the absence of the landlords. On October 1, he also shot a resident of the village. The injured woman is the mother of three minor children. Her children, aged 12 and 15, have also sought medical attention. The 12-year-old child suffered a soft tissue fracture, and the 15-year-old suffered a fractured right wrist.

According to official information, the Azerbaijani soldier left the Azerbaijani military unit on September 29 and appeared in the territory of Armenia. The National Security Service reported this only yesterday. The village of Shaki is concerned about this circumstance. Factor TV visited Shaki and spoke with eyewitnesses who recorded how the Azerbaijani soldier was neutralized.

Factor TV-ն այցելել է Շաքիի, զրուցել ականատեսների հետ, որոնք արձանագրել են, թե ինչպես են չեզոքացրել ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողին։

“They gave an alarm, whoever managed to get him from where, he came,” says Shahen Sahakyan, a resident of Shaki. He is surprised how the Azerbaijani soldier entered their village from Ishkhanasar unnoticed.

«Համար մեկ տագնապ են տվել, ով որտեղից հասցրել, եկել է»,- պատմում է Շաքիում բնակվող Շահեն Սահակյանը։ Նա զարմանում է՝ ինչպե՞ս է ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողն Իշխանասարից աննկատ իրենց գյուղ մտել։

“I have three minor children, we were not informed that someone had escaped from the border. They should have told us to keep the doors closed,” he says.

«Անչափահաս երեք երեխա ունեմ, մեզ չեն տեղեկացրել, որ սահմանից մարդ է փախել։ Պտի ասեին, որ դռները փակ պահենք»,- ասում է նա։

One of the residents claims that the military police had informed him about the illegal border crossing earlier.

Բնակիչներից մեկը պնդում է, որ ռազմական ոստիկանությունն ավելի վաղ իրեն տեղյակ է պահել ապօրինի սահմանահատման մասին։

“They told me to be careful, there were Turks who had escaped, the military police said, it was four days ago. They said that Azerbaijanis had escaped, but it turned out that it was only one person,” notes one of the residents of Shaki.

«Ինձ ասացին, որ զգուշ եղի, փախած թուրքեր կան, ռազմական ոստիկանությունն ասաց, դա չորս օր առաջ էր։ Ասացին՝ ադրբեջանցիներ են փախել, բայց պարզվեց՝ մեկ հոգի է»,- նշում է Շաքիի բնակիչներից մեկը։

Factor TV has contacted the National Security Service (NSS) to obtain clarification on the resident’s allegations. The agency promised to provide a response, which we will publish as soon as we receive it.

After shooting a local resident in the leg, the Azerbaijani soldier tried to take refuge in a barn belonging to one of the villagers. A section of the area is currently cordoned off with police tape.

Ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողը տեղի բնակչուհու ոտքին կրակելուց հետո փորձել է պատսպարվել գյուղացիներից մեկի անասնագոմում։ Տարածքի մի հատված այս պահին էլ սահմանազատված է ոստիկանական ժապավենով։

“I was sitting at home, he came under the wall, entered the barn, the police came and took him away,” said grandmother Armik, who shows Factor TV the area where the Azerbaijani was found.

«Տունը նստած եմ եղել, պատի տակով եկել, մտել է գոմ, ոստիկանները եկան, տարան»,- ասաց Արմիկ տատը, որը Factor TV-ին ցույց է տալիս այն հատվածը, որտեղ գտել են ադրբեջանցուն։

“The blood trail was here, he came from this direction, jumped, entered here. He hit that girl, he came here, I’m already scared, in any case, he’s an Azerbaijani,” she says.

«Արյան հետքն այստեղ էր, ինքն էս կողմից եկել, թռել, մտել է այստեղ։ Այդ աղջկան խփել, եկել է ստեղ, արդեն վախ կա մոտս, ամեն դեպքում՝ ադրբեջանցի է»,- պատմում է նա։

And how did they manage to neutralize Nasimi Musayev, who crossed the border illegally?

Իսկ ինչպե՞ս է հաջողվել վնասազերծել սահմանն ապօրինի հատած Նասիմի Մուսաևին։

“He entered from here, left from this side, opened the gate, and went towards Armik’s barn,” said the resident of Shaki.

«Ստեղից մտել է, էս կողմից դուրս է եկել, դարպասը բացել է, գնացել Արմիկենց գոմի կողմը»,- ասաց Շաքիի բնակիչը։

Residents assure that there is no panic in the village at the moment; people continue to live their lives and go about their daily business.

Բնակիչները վստահեցնում են՝ այս պահին գյուղում խուճապ չկա․ մարդիկ շարունակում են իրենց կյանքով ապրել և զբաղվել առօրյա գործերով։

Meanwhile, representatives of public and political circles are demanding that the Armenian authorities not release the Azerbaijani soldier and discuss the issue of exchanging him with the prisoners held in Baku.
