Human Rights Defender representatives conducted unannounced visits to the "Artik" and "Vanadzor" penitentiaries of the Ministry of Justice

During the visits, the Defender’s representatives had private conversations with persons deprived of their liberty and recorded the issues raised by them. The state of ensuring the rights of the latter was examined, including the conditions of detention.

Այցերի ընթացքում Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներն առանձնազրույցներ են ունեցել ազատությունից զրկված անձանց հետ, արձանագրել նրանց կողմից բարձրացված հարցերը։ Ուսումնասիրվել է վերջիններիս իրավունքների ապահովման վիճակը, ներառյալ՝ պահման պայմանները։

The issues raised by persons deprived of their liberty were discussed with the administrations of the penitentiary institutions.

Ազատությունից զրկված անձանց կողմից բարձրացված հարցերը քննարկվել են քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների վարչակազմների հետ։
