We value constructive dialogue to eliminate obstacles to the export and diversification of Armenian products: Pashinyan

“Ensuring the free movement of goods, services, capital and labor is, of course, the basis for the full functioning of the EAEU common market. At the same time, the practical implementation of these principles continues to require our special attention,” Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated at the session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.

«Ապրանքների, ծառայությունների, կապիտալի և աշխատուժի ազատ տեղաշարժի ապահովումը, անշուշտ, հանդիսանում են ԵՏՄ ընդհանուր շուկայի լիարժեք գործունեության հիմքը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, այս սկզբունքների գործնական իրականացումը շարունակում է պահանջել մեր առանձնահատուկ ուշադրությունը»,- Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստում այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

He noted that since his participation in the previous session of the Intergovernmental Council in Cholpon-Ata, unfortunately, no significant progress has been made on a number of outstanding issues.

Նա նշել է, որ Չոլպոն-Աթայում կայացած Միջկառավարական խորհրդի նախորդ նիստին իր մասնակցությունից ի վեր, ցավոք, առկա մի շարք հարցերի ուղղությամբ էական առաջընթաց չի հաջողվել ապահովել։

“In particular, restrictions and administrative obstacles remain, which continue to significantly complicate the full and effective functioning of the common market. In this regard, we consider it important to continue the constructive dialogue to eliminate obstacles to the export and transit of Armenian products in accordance with the EAEU legislation. I am confident that consistent progress in this direction is in the interests of all EEU member states, ensuring stable trade flows, predictable conditions for market participants and strengthening economic cooperation,” Pashinyan added.

«Մասնավորապես, պահպանվում են սահմանափակումներն ու վարչական խոչընդոտները, որոնք շարունակում են էապես դժվարացնել ընդհանուր շուկայի լիարժեք և արդյունավետ գործունեությունը։ Այս առումով մենք կարևոր ենք համարում շարունակել կառուցողական երկխոսությունը՝ հայկական արտադրանքի արտահանման և տարանցման խոչընդոտները վերացնելու համար՝ համաձայն ԵՏՄ օրենսդրության։ Վստահ եմ, որ այս ուղղությամբ հետևողական առաջընթացը բխում է ԵՏՄ բոլոր անդամ պետությունների շահերից՝ ապահովելով կայուն առևտրային հոսքեր, շուկայի մասնակիցների համար կանխատեսելի պայմաններ և ամրապնդելով տնտեսական համագործակցությունը»,- հավելել է Փաշինյանը։
