A motion has been filed with a court to detain Azerbaijani serviceman and Azerbaijani citizen Nasimi Rahim Oglu Musayev, who allegedly crossed Armenia’s border illegally and shot a woman in Shaki, Armenia’s Investigative Committee said, Aysor.am reported. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under several articles in connection with the Azerbaijani serviceman, who wounded an Armenian woman with a firearm and injured her children. The proceedings concern alleged illegal crossing of the state border and firearms smuggling, as well as causing serious bodily harm using a weapon, illegal circulation of firearms, and violation of the inviolability of a residence.
