Aram Asryan studied at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Guildford College of Law, and received a Master of Laws and Finance (MSc) degree from the University of Oxford.

Արամ Ասրյանը սովորել է Մոսկվայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների պետական ինստիտուտում, Գիլդֆորդի Իրավաբանության քոլեջում և Իրավագիտություն ու ֆինանսների մագիստրոսի աստիճան (MSc) ստացել Օքսֆորդի համալսարանում:

On June 15, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan invited graduates of leading universities around the world to use their knowledge and professional experience to serve the public administration system of the Republic of Armenia. Aram Asryan is one of the 1,141 applicants who applied at the Prime Minister’s call and were included in the Government’s personnel bank as a result of interviews and professional assessment.
