Armenia and UAE will promote cooperation between arbitration centers

Within the framework of the 15th UN Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, Minister of Justice Srbuhi Galyan met with Minister of Justice of the United Arab Emirates Abdullah Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi in Abu Dhabi.

ՄԱԿ-ի Հանցավորության կանխարգելման և քրեական արդարադատության 15-րդ կոնգրեսի շրջանակներում Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանն Աբու Դաբիում հանդիպել է Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների արդարադատության նախարար Աբդուլլահ Սուլթան բին Ավադ Ալ Նուաիմիի հետ։

During the meeting, issues related to the development and deepening of cooperation in the field of justice between the Republic of Armenia and the United Arab Emirates were discussed.

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների միջև արդարադատության ոլորտում համագործակցության զարգացմանն ու խորացմանն առնչվող հարցեր։

As a result of the discussion, the parties agreed to cooperate in the development of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration, also promoting cooperation and exchange of experience between the arbitration centers of the two states.

Քննարկման արդյունքներով կողմերը պայմանավորվել են համագործակցել վեճերի լուծման այլընտրանքային մեխանիզմների, այդ թվում՝ արբիտրաժի զարգացման ուղղությամբ՝ խթանելով նաև երկու պետությունների արբիտրաժային կենտրոնների միջև համագործակցությունն ու փորձի փոխանակումը։
