The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted the application of the Chief Prosecutor's Office for the confiscation of property of illegal origin from Ashot Arzhasanyan, former head of the staff of the Ministry of Finance, who previously held various positions in the PEC and from his associates.

The Department for Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin of the Prosecutor General’s Office has submitted a request to the court to confiscate property of illegal origin from Ashot Babkeni Arzumanyan, who previously held various positions in the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia and was the former acting head of the staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia, and his related persons.
Գլխավոր դատախազության ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչությունը պահանջ է ներկայացրել դատարանին՝ ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեում տարբեր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած և ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար (պաշտոնակատար) Աշոտ Բաբկենի Արզումանյանից և նրան փոխկապակցված անձանցից հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձել.
