THE CATHOLICOS OF ALL ARMENIANS RECEIVED THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE ALL-ARMENIAN CONFERENCE OF COMMISSIONS AND OFFICES OF THE ARF ARMENIAN COURT

Representative of the ARF Bureau and Chairman of the Central Council of the Armenian Cause Committees, Hagop Der-Khachadourian, presented the work of the conference to His Holiness, reflecting on the priorities of the activities of the Armenian Cause structures and future programs.

ՀՅԴ Բիւրոյի ներկայացուցիչ եւ Հայ Դատի յանձնախումբերու կեդրոնական խորհուրդի նախագահ Յակոբ Տէր-Խաչատուրեան Նորին Սրբութեան ներկայացուց խորհրդաժողովի աշխատանքները՝ անդրադառնալով Հայ Դատի կառոյցներու գործունէութեան առաջնահերթութիւններուն եւ յառաջիկայ ծրագրերուն։

Then, the Patriarch of All Armenians conveyed his blessing and appreciation to those present, emphasizing the consistent efforts made to protect Armenian interests and raise national issues on international platforms.

Այնուհետեւ Ամենայն Հայոց Հայրապետը իր օրհնութիւնն ու գնահատանքը բերաւ ներկաներուն՝ կարեւորելով միջազգային հարթակներու վրայ հայկական շահերու պաշտպանութեան եւ համազգային հիմնախնդիրներու բարձրաձայնման համար գործադրուող հետեւողական ջանքերը։

The meeting discussed the challenges facing Armenia and regional developments, the issues of protecting the rights of the forcibly displaced Armenians of Artsakh, the release of Armenian prisoners held in Azerbaijan, and the preservation of the Armenian spiritual and cultural heritage of Artsakh. In this regard, the imperative of uniting the potential of national structures for the purpose of resolving national issues and strengthening the homeland was emphasized.

Հանդիպումին քննարկուեցան Հայաստանի առջեւ ծառացած մարտահրաւէրներն ու տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները, բռնի տեղահանուած արցախահայութեան իրաւունքներու պաշտպանութեան, Ատրպէյճանի մէջ պահուող հայ գերիներու ազատ արձակման եւ Արցախի հայկական հոգեւոր-մշակութային ժառանգութեան պահպանութեան խնդիրները։ Այս առնչութեամբ ընդգծուեցաւ ազգային կառոյցներու ներուժի մէկտեղման հրամայականը՝ ի խնդիր համազգային հարցերու լուծման եւ հայրենիքի զօրացման։

Reference was also made to the concerns existing in national-ecclesiastical life and the condemnable campaign unleashed by the authorities against the Armenian Church and the obstacles it creates. The importance of the pastoral and national-preserving mission of the Armenian Church in strengthening the spiritual life of the people, preserving national identity, and consolidating Armenian statehood was emphasized.

Անդրադարձ կատարուեցաւ նաեւ ազգային-եկեղեցական կեանքին մէջ առկայ մտահոգութիւններուն եւ իշխանութիւններուն կողմէ Հայոց Եկեղեցւոյ դէմ սանձազերծուած դատապարտելի արշաւին ու հարուցուող խոչընդոտներուն։ Ընդգծուեցաւ Հայոց Եկեղեցւոյ հոգեփրկչական եւ ազգապահպան առաքելութեան կարեւորութիւնը ժողովուրդի հոգեւոր կեանքի զօրացման, ազգային ինքնութեան պահպանման եւ հայոց պետականութեան ամրապնդման գործին մէջ։
