Acting Speaker of the Artsakh National Assembly Gagik Baghunts emphasized the importance of the work carried out by Hay Dat committees and offices.

In turn, Head of the Hay Dat Central Council Hakob Ter-Khachaturyan emphasized that the Artsakh issue remains at the center of the organization's activities, and consistent work in this direction is long-term and unwavering. He also emphasized the need to preserve Artsakh's state institutions.

В свою очередь, глава Центрального совета «Ай Дата» Акоп Тер-Хачатурян подчеркнул, что проблема Арцаха продолжает оставаться в центре деятельности структуры, а последовательная работа в этом направлении носит долгосрочный и неизменный характер. Он также указал на необходимость сохранения государственных институтов Арцаха.

• During the meeting, the parties discussed in detail the strategy for raising the Artsakh issue on international platforms and outlined the following target areas:

• В ходе встречи стороны подробно обсудили стратегию поднятия вопроса Арцаха на международных площадках и обозначили следующие целевые направления:

• The right to collective return. Protection of the fundamental rights of the people of Artsakh, including the realization of the right to collective return with reliable international guarantees;

• право на коллективное возвращение. Защита основополагающих прав народа Арцаха, включая реализацию права на коллективное возвращение при наличии надежных международных гарантий;

• Release of prisoners. Advocating for the speedy release of Armenian prisoners and hostages held in Azerbaijan;

• освобождение пленных. Продвижение вопроса о скорейшем освобождении армянских пленных и заложников, удерживаемых в Азербайджане;

• Protection of cultural heritage. Preserving the cultural and historical heritage of Artsakh and countering Azerbaijan's policy of erasing the Armenian trace;

• защита культурного наследия. Сохранение культурного и исторического наследия Арцаха и противодействие политике уничтожения армянского следа со стороны Азербайджана;

• Social and educational support. Expanding mechanisms for providing domestic, social, and educational support to forcibly displaced Artsakh residents.

• Социально-образовательная поддержка. Расширение механизмов оказания бытовой, социальной и образовательной поддержки насильственно перемещенным арцахцам.

Following the discussion, the parties emphasized the importance of continuing joint efforts and cooperation. ARF Bureau member Hovsep Ter-Gevorgyan reaffirmed the role of the Artsakh authorities and emphasized the importance of such meetings for more effective coordination of upcoming work.

По завершении обсуждения стороны подчеркнули важность продолжения совместных усилий и взаимодействия. Член Бюро АРФД Овсеп Тер-Геворкян подтвердил роль властей Арцаха и подчеркнул значение подобных встреч для более эффективной координации предстоящей работы.
