The Armenian government has allocated about 38 million 930 thousand drams (about 107 thousand dollars) to ensure additional payments to the salaries of judges of the Constitutional Court.

Հայաստանի կառավարութիւնը Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատաւորներու աշխատավարձերու յաւելավճարներու ապահովման նպատակով յատկացուցած է շուրջ 38 միլիոն 930 հազար դրամ (մօտ 107 հազար տոլար)։

$107,000 allocated for salary increases for Constitutional Court judges

The Armenian government has allocated about 38 million 930 thousand drams (about 107 thousand dollars) to ensure additional payments to the salaries of the judges of the Constitutional Court.

The decision to this effect was made at the government’s September 17 session.

Այս մասին որոշումը ընդունուած է կառավարութեան Սեպտեմբերի 17-ի նիստին։

According to the newly established regulations, additional payments are provided for the judges of the Constitutional Court in accordance with their length of service: 20 percent for the second year of work, 35 percent for the third year, and starting from the fourth year, 10 percent more than the previous additional payment for each subsequent year.

Նոր սահմանուած կարգաւորումներով՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատաւորներուն աշխատանքային ստաժին համապատասխան յաւելավճարներ կը նախատեսուին․ աշխատանքի երկրորդ տարուան համար՝ 20 տոկոս, երրորդ տարուան համար՝ 35 տոկոս, իսկ չորրորդ տարիէն սկսեալ՝ իւրաքանչիւր յաջորդ տարուան համար նախորդ յաւելավճարէն 10 տոկոս աւելի։

The allocated funds were provided from the government’s reserve fund.
