After August 8, 2025, Armenia received permission to export NVIDIA chips, which means that the US is very serious about investing in our region and, in particular, in Armenia and solving the problem of its presence. This is not about an ordinary data center - Firebird AI’s AI Factory, using NVIDIA technologies, with a capital of $500 million in the first phase, has already been launched in Hrazdan. According to the plan published by Firebird, by the end of 2027, more than 70,000 NVIDIA Blackwell and Vera Rubin GPUs and about 300 MW of AI infrastructure are planned in Armenia.

2025-ի օգոստոսի 8-ից հետո Հայաստանը ստացավ NVIDIA չիպերի արտահանման թույլտվություն, որ նշանակում է՝ ԱՄՆ-ն շատ լուրջ է տրամադրված մեր տարածաշրջանում և, մասնավորապես, Հայաստանում ներդրումներ անելու ու իր ներկայության խնդիրը լուծելու հարցում։ Խոսքը սովորական տվյալների կենտրոնի մասին չէ՝ Firebird AI-ի AI Factory-ին, NVIDIA-ի տեխնոլոգիաներով՝ առաջին փուլում 500 միլիոն դոլարի կապիտալով, արդեն իսկ գործարկվել է Հրազդանում։ Firebird-ի հրապարակած ծրագրով՝ մինչև 2027-ի վերջ Հայաստանում նախատեսվում է ավելի քան 70,000 NVIDIA Blackwell և Vera Rubin GPU և մոտ 300 ՄՎտ AI ենթակառուցվածք։

The company estimates the prospect of total investments at up to $4 BILLION. In other words, Armenia can become not just a country using AI, but a country exporting AI computing infrastructure.

Ընդհանուր ներդրումների հեռանկարը ընկերությունը գնահատում է մինչև 4 ՄԻԼԻԱՐԴ դոլար։ Այսինքն՝ Հայաստանը կարող է դառնալ ոչ թե պարզապես AI օգտագործող երկիր, այլ AI հաշվողական ենթակառուցվածք արտահանող երկիր։

It is also very significant that this is an export-oriented business, with 95–97% of its customers outside Armenia.

Շատ էական է նաև, որ սա արտահանմանն ուղղված բիզնես է, որի հաճախորդների 95–97%-ը Հայաստանից դուրս է։

Let me repeat: this is not just a data center, this is a possible image of a new Armenia, where our engineering mind, American technology and international capital can create an industry serving the global market and having a significant impact. This is precisely what worries our opponents, our arch-friend and his Armenian puppets, who want to see us constantly in the status of weak and dependent.

Կրկնեմ՝ սա պարզապես տվյալների կենտրոն չէ, սա նոր Հայաստանի հնարավոր պատկերն է, որտեղ մեր ինժեներական միտքը, ամերիկյան տեխնոլոգիան և միջազգային կապիտալը կարող են ստեղծել համաշխարհային շուկային ծառայող և էական ազդեցություն ունեցող արդյունաբերություն։ Հենց սա է մտահոգում մեր հակառակորդներին, մեր ոխերիմ «բարեկամին» ու նրա հայաստանյան խամաճիկներին, որ մեզ ուզում են մշտապես տեսնել թույլի և կցորդի կարգավիճակում։

The opportunity offered by the United States is a worthy image of a new Armenia: progressive, distinctive and, most importantly, victorious. And this will definitely become a reality, and, Glory be to the Lord.
