Former Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, sentenced to 20 years in prison in Baku, sent a public message on September 16, 2026 to Azerbaijani Human Rights Defender Sabina Aliyeva, who had earlier expressed her readiness to support the protection of the rights of Armenian convicts.
