Reflection on the 35th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia
Խորհրդածութիւն Հայաստանի Հանրապետութեան Անկախութեան 35-րդ Տարեդարձին Առիթով
On September 21, 1991, a few years after the declaration of independence of the Republic of Armenia, the victory of the liberation of Artsakh followed, giving us the opportunity to go further than was necessary according to the diplomatic dictates that were lacking among us at the time.
1991-ի Սեպտեմբեր 21-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետութեան անկախութեան հռչակման այգաբացէն քանի մը տարի ետք յաջորդեց Արցախի ազատագրութեան յաղթանակը, առիթ տալով երթալու աւելի առաջ քան անհրաժեշտ էր ըստ դիւանագիտական թելադրութեան, որ մեր մէջ պակսած էր ատենին։
With emotional enthusiasm, we only held the liberated lands for a while, without doing any work to populate them with Armenians.
Զգացական խանդավառութեամբ միայն ատեն մը պահեցինք ազատագրուած հողերը, առանց աշխատանք տանելու զայն հայերով բնակեցնելու։
