The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia received the delegation of the Working Group on Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Council of the European Union

The RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade reports that during the meeting, a detailed discussion was held on the agenda issues of the RA-EU relations. The Deputy Minister emphasized the commitment of the RA Government to deepening the partnership with the EU, in accordance with the Law on the Launch of the Process of Armenia’s Membership in the EU adopted by the RA NA.

ՀՀ ԱԳՄԱ նախարարությունից հայտնում են, որ հանդիպման ընթացքում հանգամանալից քննարկում է ծավալվել ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների օրակարգային հարցերի շուրջ։ Նախարարի տեղակալն ընդգծել է ԵՄ-ի հետ գործընկերության խորացման հարցում ՀՀ կառավարության հանձնառությունը՝ համաձայն ՀՀ ԱԺ կողմից ընդունված՝ ԵՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին օրենքի։

The significance of the inaugural RA-EU Summit as a historical milestone in the development of bilateral relations was emphasized. Both sides emphasized the importance of the effective implementation of the RA-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement and the RA-EU Strategic Partnership Agenda documents, and discussed the prospects for the development of cooperation in the security sector.

Ընդգծվել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ անդրանիկ գագաթնաժողովի նշանակությունը՝ որպես երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման պատմական հանգրվանի։Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի և ՀՀ-ԵՄ գործընկերության ռազմավարական օրակարգ փաստաթղթերի արդյունավետ իրականացման կարևորությունը և քննարկվել են անվտանգային ոլորտում համագործակցության զարգացման հեռանկարները։

Reference was made to the Armenia-EU connectivity partnership, including the importance of Armenia’s integration into regional transport networks and the development of inclusive connectivity.

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել ՀՀ–ԵՄ կապակցվածության գործընկերությանը, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի՝ տարածաշրջանային տրանսպորտային ցանցերին ինտեգրման և ներառական կապակցվածության զարգացման կարևորությանը:

The Deputy Minister presented the steps aimed at strengthening Armenia’s economic resilience, highlighting the recent adoption by the EU of a regulation on granting Armenia autonomous trade measures, whereby Armenia has become the only country that, without having EU candidate status or a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement signed with the EU, receives such an economic privilege.

Նախարարի տեղակալը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ տնտեսական դիմակայունության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված քայլերը՝ ընդգծելով վերջերս ԵՄ կողմից Հայաստանին առևտրային ինքնավար միջոցներ տրամադրելու մասին կարգավորման ընդունումը, որով Հայաստանը դարձել է միակ երկիրը, որը, չունենալով ԵՄ թեկնածուի կարգավիճակ կամ ԵՄ հետ կնքված Խոր և համապարփակ ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագիր, ստանում է նման տնտեսական արտոնություն։

The delegation of the Eastern Europe and Central Asia Working Group was also presented with the steps aimed at institutionalizing peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as the opportunities for regional cooperation created by the established peace.

Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի աշխատանքային խմբի պատվիրակությանը ներկայացվել են նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության ինստիտուցիոնալացմանն ուղղված քայլերը, ինչպես նաև հաստատված խաղաղության շնորհիվ ստեղծված տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության հնարավորությունները։
