Within the framework of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Olivier Nduhungire signed an agreement on visa exemption for holders of special, service and diplomatic passports.
ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 81-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Ռուանդայի արտաքին գործերի և միջազգային համագործակցության նախարար Օլիվիե Նդուհունգիրեն ստորագրել են հատուկ, ծառայողական և դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջից ազատման մասին համաձայնագիր։

«Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ՄԱԿ ԳԱ 81-րդ նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում՝ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի և միջազգային առևտրի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Ռուանդայի արտաքին գործերի և միջազգային համագործակցության նախարար Օլիվիե Նդուհունգիրեն ստորագրել են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուանդայի Հանրապետության միջև դիվանագիտական, ծառայողական և հատուկ անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց մուտքի արտոնագրի պահանջից ազատման մասին» համաձայնագիր:
In a conversation held after the signing, the ministers of Armenia and Rwanda discussed issues of cooperation on bilateral platforms,” the AGMAN press release states.
