Papoyan visited the procurement station of the "Ararat" brandy-wine-vodka combine

Grape procurement at the combine started on September 16 and is currently in an active phase. During the tour, the combine’s manager, Garik Boshyan, reported that this year it is planned to procure about 21-22 thousand tons of grapes, which is a high figure compared to recent years. More than 5,000 tons of grapes have already been procured since the start of procurement.

It is planned to involve more than 2,500 farms and private grape growers in the 2026 procurement process. Grape procurement is carried out at a price of 150 drams per 1 kg. Payments for grapes purchased at the processing company transferred to state management are made as quickly as possible, usually within one business day.

During the tour, Minister Gevorg Papoyan noted that this year, as in previous years, there will be no problems with grape procurement.
