Criminal case on charges of high treason sent for new investigation: Court of Appeals upholds prosecutor's appeal

The Criminal Court of Appeal, by its decision of September 22, 2026, granted the prosecutor's appeal: the criminal case against the person accused of transferring information threatening the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and external security of the Republic of Armenia to a representative of a foreign special service in exchange for money was sent to the competent court of first instance for a new investigation.
Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը 2026 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 22-ի որոշմամբ՝ բավարարել է դատախազի վերաքննիչ բողոքը.
օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայության ներկայացուցչին գումարի դիմաց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանությանը, տարածքային անձեռնմխելիությանը և արտաքին անվտանգությանը սպառնացող տվյալներ փոխանցելու համար մեղադրվող անձի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է առաջին ատյանի իրավասու դատարան՝ նոր քննության:
